Overview

Commslayer is a free, AI-driven helpdesk and chat solution designed for Shopify merchants. Developed by the founders of Lifetimely, it integrates seamlessly with Shopify, providing instant access to order history, automated social media moderation, and AI-crafted reply drafts. The platform aims to simplify support workflows with features like macros, automations, and advanced role management, offering a cost-effective alternative to traditional helpdesk applications.

Tools

I primarily using figma to design the product. For the website development, i'm use Framer which ensures a smooth transition from design to a fully functional and interactive site. Slack plays a key role in team communication, providing real-time messaging and integrations with other tools. Lastly, i use Linear for task management and workflow organization, helping track progress, assign task and maintain overall project effeciency

Worked in a dynamic, agile environment to enhance sales prospecting solutions, improving functionality and user-friendliness for a seamless user experience.

Conducted in-depth research on sales prospecting solutions, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvements and user-centered enhancements.

Participated in brainstorming sessions with Co-founder to identify opportunities for new features and product enhancements.

Collaborated with Co-founder to translate project requirements and business objectives into refined user interfaces.

Streamlined the handover of designs to the engineering team, ensuring a smooth transition from design concepts to actionable implementation plans.

Created wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to define user interface design and architecture, ensuring an intuitive and seamless experience.

Managed the design system to maintain visually appealing and consistent sales prospecting solutions, ensuring a high-quality user experience.

My experience with Commslayer has been incredible. I've been a long time Zendesk user for support on another store of mine, and recently opened a new brand. This was the perfect time for me to test something new. So I started with Commslayer.

My support team LOVES it and is asking me to migrate the other store to Commslayer as well (I will soon, I tell them!). It's faster, easier, and has the integrations we need directly with Shopify.

Not only do I highly recommend Commslayer, I'm baffled why it wouldn't be every owner's first pick.
